Microcontroller based Ultra- Plasma Freezers are well designed for quick freezing and storing of plasma and other blood-related components. offers a cooling system in its equipment which can produce a temperature drop to as low as -80°c These systems involve high-end digital displaying of temperature monitoring and recording and audio alarm systems with adjustable alarm settings. The Ultra-Plasma Freezers are specially designed to meet the requirements in blood banks and research labs.
Cabinet Construction and Refrigeration System
The cabinet construction and the refrigeration systems bear the certifications from the National Physical laboratory (NPL), another premier GOI institution. The chamber cabinet comes insulated with an optimized high-density CFC free Poly Urethane Foam. The corrosion free interior of the chamber is made of stainless steel (304 SS, 0.8 mm thick) and the exterior with white powder coated (1.0 mm thick) mild steel. The door has a systematic magnetic door gasket with a single keyed door lock. An open stainless steel basket is provided for storage of plasma. The perfect cooling is achieved by a hermetically sealed compressor unit of premium quality.
